Nintendo has just released the numbers of 2011 and could be said to have had one year round. 12 million consoles sold 4.5 million Wii units, 4 million of the portable 3DS and about 3.5 million consoles NDS. “Not only the new Mario and Zelda have broken records, but with the critical acclaim received harsh reviews and positive experiences shared by users, has the three games are seen as a long investment of Nintendo.”
“To all this we must add a hard line first working-parties and third-parties in the first half of the year we do get some prespective very promising for 2012.”
The company also said 2012 have marked a line of work with franchises like ‘Mario Party’, ‘Pokemon’ and ‘Kid Icarus’. A good part also discussed additions by third-parties as “Resident Evil Revelations’ and ‘Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D’.
Does anyone think that Nintendo was in the doldrums? Because the numbers suggest the opposite.
